Question Notary. Seller does not receive title notarized and is now MIA.?
I live in Ohio and bought a bike from a guy who did not win the title of notarized, but he signed it. In order to transfer it, I need not answer notorized.Now your phone and lives too far to drive a. What I do?
Not good. Talk to friends and family to see if any of them personally know a notary. You will be surprised because most people do not walk proclaiming that they are a notary. Ask them to do a favor and notarize compensation. As a car dealer in PA, we found that sometimes, and there was a woman it was through a mutual friend who rescued us out until you follow our own label. Otherwise you are stuck, because the seller has no legal obligation back and sign the title unfortunately. Good luck.
