History of Motorcycles
Motorcycle history dating back over 100 years, when an American gentleman made a steam engine be enough small to fit on your bike. Howard Roper of Roxbury, Massachusetts, got tired of pedaling his bicycle over long distances. Taking months and months to draw diagrams and thinking how he could make a steam engine that would be small enough to relieve the pressure of the legs and feet when traveling from one place to another in dirt roads and trails. Finally, in 1867, managed to Roper, who was driven by the combustion of coal to create steam. This bike has been displayed in numerous fairs and circuses in recent years.
In 1885, Maybach Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm (later to become founders of the Mercedes, the forerunner of the Mercedes Benz) produced the first bicycle powered motor oil. However, it was not until 1894 a motor vehicle of two wheels (Hildebrand & Wolfmuller) available for transport market.
As engines became too powerful for just a bike, and designs change very quickly, the leading manufacturer of motorcycles (Indian brand), had already produced over 20,000 motorcycles a year until the First World War
For the 1920s, Harley Davidson had this cable outside the Indian company Harley Davidson Company had acquired many dealers in as many as 67 countries around the world. At the end of the Second World War BSA bikes took the title away from Harley Davidson, and until 1950 had produced 75,000 bikes a year.
Through the years 1990, there had been extensive work on two stroke motorcycle engines due to the work of Walter Kaada in the '50s in East Germany.
Although Harley Davidson is still the leading manufacturer of bicycle for the motorcycle market, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki are also doing very well with their developments of a future durable and stylish street bike.

There is no better feeling than to be riding on the road and be able to feel the wind in your face and the freedom they feel when 're on a motorcycle. Motorcycles are becoming increasingly popular due to the fuel crisis worldwide. With the engine smaller size and less fuel consumption, motorcycles may be the next thing we see for travelers.
